Oqo model 01 Stylus drops out
I recently bought a model 01+ on Ebay. It was only a couple of months old, and I got it at a good price. I'm well pleased with it and use it partly for work, but mainly during leisure time, when I can carry it about in my shirt pocket, and use it for mobile Internet, as an MP3 and video player, for a little word processing, reading ebooks (I'm so glad of the screen rotation facility :-) and learning to speak Spanish. (I live in the UK, but take most Holidays in Spain and its Islands :-)
I only have one gripe, and I gather it's fairly common. The stylus doesn't click into its socket, and falls out easily. I've added a little tape around the handle, to wedge it in, but does anyone have a better fix, short of sending it for repair, which would probably cost more than I saved ?
P.S. Is this actually an OqO Forum, or a free advertising site for W Coop?
